Comfort, Dignity, and Support Where You Live
What Is Hospice Care at Home?
Ganden Hospice provides compassionate home hospice care designed to improve comfort and quality of life for individuals facing a terminal illness. When the focus of care shifts from curative treatment to comfort, our team delivers expert pain and symptom management along with emotional and spiritual support.
Our goal is to help patients and their families focus on what matters most, spending meaningful time together in a familiar and peaceful environment.
Hospice care at home is centered around a primary caregiver, often a family member, who is supported by our dedicated hospice team to ensure the patient receives coordinated and comprehensive care.
Care at Home or Wherever You Live
At Ganden Hospice, we believe care should meet you where you are. Whether at home or in another residential setting, we work closely with patients, families, and physicians to develop a personalized plan of care based on individual needs and priorities.
A hospice physician and hospice trained registered nurse oversee care. Nurses visit according to the care plan, and a nurse is available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support whenever needed.

Paying for Hospice Care
Hospice care is typically covered by Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, and most private insurance plans. These benefits often include coverage for medications, medical equipment, and supplies, resulting in little to no out of pocket cost for families.
Support for Family Caregivers
Caring for a loved one can be physically and emotionally demanding. Ganden Hospice offers respite care to give caregivers time to rest and recharge.
We also provide short term continuous care or inpatient care when needed, ensuring patients receive the right level of support during critical times.
